Join us for a Special Education Training Series presented by attorneys Calleigh Durr and Craig Carmean from Colorado Legal Services in collaboration with PEAK Parent Center and the Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. This series is designed to help families better understand their legal rights and responsibilities in the special education process.
Topics of this training series include: the IEP process, understanding parental rights, addressing school discipline, and transition planning and considerations.
A light meal will be provided. Spanish interpretation and sign language interpretation are available when indicated in registration.
