Adult Music and Social Hour Express yourself through music and connect with others at The Arc Pikes Peak Region’s Adult Music and Social Hour!
This fun, welcoming group is open to adults ages 18 and older with various disabilities and offers a space to explore music, creativity, movement, and friendship. During the first hour, participants will have the opportunity to play a variety of instruments, sing familiar tunes and new songs, practice relaxation through music, movement, and breathing, and express themselves through rhythm and creativity.
After the music session, participants are invited to stay for an optional second hour to socialize, make new friends, and enjoy snacks together.
Adult Music and Social Hour takes place on the third Friday of each month from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. Space is limited to 8–9 participants, so early registration is encouraged.
